for Excellence in Corporate Citizenship
GlaxoSmithKline Inc. was awarded the GlaxoSmithKline Chairman's
Award for Excellence in Corporate Citizenship in 1998. Handed
out annually by the Chairman of GlaxoSmithKline plc., the award
recognizes The GlaxoSmithKline Foundation's impactful Living
Lessons® campaign and their ongoing
work with the hospice palliative care movement in Canada. Considered
by notable international judges from UNICEF, Living Lessons®
was recognized as the best single project submitted from around
the GlaxoSmithKline World.
